SmolLM in Spanish

Hi! I have been translating the material of the smol-course to Spanish and, while doing so, I have found that the learning experience would be greatly improved if the model also supported Spanish (more generally I would be useful to have a model like this in Spanish). I guess the bottleneck for this is the data but just wanted to see if anyone is working on this. I would be up to collaborate :)
