Now that the gripper urdf loads in gazebo, next step is provide a proper API to control it

  • add gripper controllers to yaml file
  • create or modify API for gripper/tool interface that works on both Gazebo and RL
  • make sure related topics and params are published in the right namespace -> Double namespace for tool_action #7
