'Data' folder missing

The 'data' folder currently can be accessed only after the reader/user installs the mofreinforce package. I think it will be good to

1. provide a link to access the data folder either here or through zenodo.
2. Give a short description on the different data files and how the user can add/edit data files for new structures and targets

Hi @sauradeep93, since the data folder has quite big size, we couldn't upload it in the github repo without splitting it into small parts. Instead, it would be more convenient to share it via this Google Drive link here.

ok, I believe it is done now ? Can you update the README file with this google drive link ? I believe that would make it easier for others to access the data.
