Fix/navigate to model confirmation after creation

This PR will be closing #327 and #334.

Description

It includes the following enhancements and fixes:

• Fixes the bug that throws a 403 when a user is editing (and trying to submit a training request) another user's model.
• Clean up unnecessary API calls to the model details endpoint on the model card, throwing a 404 in the console.
• Persists model creation to local storage.
• For [BUG] Continue button is disabled after fetching OSM labels #334, I Invalidate the query to ensure the data is fresh. This should do the trick.
