The docs (http://localhost:8888/docs/) look like they are just a concatenation of the wiki pages? Would we want to preserve page titles, or add a ToC at the top? Right now we see things like:
LeftTrackModifier switches out pBase so removing it requires removing its pBase from the stage, rather than the original track's

... where the content comes from three different pages of the wiki.
I also wonder how much we get from using github's wiki architecture with submodules, instead of just having the MD in the main repo? When an edit is needed, it makes it that much harder to track down where it's coming from.
