first record is allways .TS when set to .MP4

The first recording is allways a .ts file even when i turn on .mp4 encoding. It's only the first one ( hdz_000.ts ). Every recording after that is mp4

after some more testing it seems like the problem is gone for HDZ_000 but now it's HDZ_001. So everything is .mp4 except the second recorded file
