Description

  • dependencies: ResourcesClient - update to API version 2023-07-01
  • dependencies: DeploymentsClient - update to API version 2023-07-01
  • dependencies: databases - update to API version 2023-07-01/resource
  • dependencies: databases - update to API version 2023-08-01/replicationlinks
  • dependencies: azurerm_mssql_database - update to API version 2023-08-01/replicationlinks

Note: I have had to expose legacy clients for resources not addressed in this PR.
