Steps before releasing a new post

Add the file to the _posts folder.
In front_matter of each post, add tags_relevant to categorization tags which will be used to produce relevant posts (common tags >=1 ) Not using tags because they are not so precise and are being used for SEO purpose.
Optional. Release the post on the discussion group.

##Steps for running the HTML file using jekyll

Install the jekyll bundler through Ruby Gems
Install Rouge (Syntax Highlighter)
Install bundle update
Build the site on the preview server
Go to http://localhost:4000
