- If the withdrawn item was a retention or permanent item, RDG will route the slip to Glenn after withdrawal. Glenn to determine whether/how to replace or reassign retention status.

- Place order for replacement item, creating POL and item in Alma (standard process)
- Scan in items to set the status of the damaged item to “withdraw” and place on the “withdraw” shelf
- Receive replacement item when it arrives
