Add "killer mode" feature and fix layout in SettingsView

Introduce a new "killer mode" feature, allowing users to toggle its state through the settings panel. Update the `SettingsView.fxml` layout to fix spacing issues and adjust row constraints to improve UI consistency. Modify relevant classes to integrate the new feature into preferences handling and ensure proper behavior.
