Outlier Detection Toolbox in MATLAB

This toolbox contains implementations of outlier detection methods;
- Active Outlier
- Local Outlier Factor
- Feature Bagging
- Parzen Windows

It also contains implementations of the following spectral methods;
- Laplacian Eigenmaps
- Multidimensional scaling
- Kernel Principal Components Analysis


Dependencies: MATLAB Statistics toolbox (used for decision tree)

Contains croc and auroc functions implemented by Dr Gavin C. Cawley taken from http://theoval.cmp.uea.ac.uk/matlab/#roc
