Add support for getting Omen markets in Monitor APP #56

The query we already use (https://github.com/gnosis/prediction-market-agent-tooling/blob/main/prediction_market_agent_tooling/markets/omen/omen.py#L221) seems to support all we need, so we need to add paging and date-filtering options in our code and use in the monitor app.
