windows-armv7 release getting detected as a trojan by defender

I had to download the amd64 release but I accidentaly downloaded the arm64 release.
When I realized and went to delete the zip, it was no longer there. I then checked the notifications, only to see that windows defender had removed the zip as it detected a trojan.
Also, the amd64 release didnt work for me, just saw a terminal window for a second as it flashed.
Curious to see if anyone else faced the same issues.

P.S.: could be a false positive but I'm not sure how to confirm that other than asking here

This is a common issue with Go binaries on Windows, there's not much I can do about it unfortunately. You can try building the project from source.
