Publishing a script creates a URL in the form https://groovyconsole.appspot.com/script/5088073331245056 .
In case the user has provided a Title, how about generating a nice url in the form https://groovyconsole.appspot.com/script/test-publish or https://groovyconsole.appspot.com/script/5088073331245056/test-publish ?
