Description of the current behavior

Currently, resultlist csv export is enable at arlas-wui level (RESULTLIST_ENABLE_EXPORT var in settings.yaml)

Description of the desired behavior

Cancel this configuration
Report the export configuration to dashboard level in order to choose which resultlist to export as CSV for any dashboard
