Description of the current behavior

Some components have for some actions a snackbar that is displayed, but it is not generalized, nor centralized.
For example: when viewing a bookmark, a snackbar is created, but not when creating or removing one.

Description of the desired behavior

Create an app wide service to display notifications of an action to the user.
