Currently, we choose the metric and then the field

invert the order : field then metric
We list all fields types : keyword, numbers and dates
once the field is chosen we keep only possible metrics
- [ ] only cardinality for keywords
- [ ] min/max/avg/sum for numbers and dates
when we switch field, keep the same metric selected if the new field share the same possible metrics with the precedent
