Convert to a restartless extension

It may be possible to do that. I haven't investigated it in too much detail, and don't have an awful lot of time to write the code myself right now. I'd be very happy to take pull requests.

I won't have time anytime soon, but maybe someone else will have time to make it restartless. :-)

The APIs the add-on uses are not available to WebExtensions (nor Jetpack), so this would need to be a "traditional" (bootstrap.js-based) restartless extension.

Thanks. Hopefully Mozilla will not deprecate the API it uses, or will extend WebExtensions to include it.
