Upgrade bootstrap incrementally to 3.3.7 and then 3.4.1. This is the latest 3.x release that doesn't involve bootstrap being rewritten.
Whilst this fixes some CVEs and plenty of bugs, I'm mainly doing this for more glyphicons.
