Add support for connecting with Alby Go (Roland's NWA v2 proposal - allows cross-device connections)
~~Add support for connecting with Primal (Pablof's NWC deeplink proposal)~~ - unfortunately will not work - bitcoin connect cannot intercept the callback - just add Primal with basic instructions on how to get and copy the connection secret

Requires some changes in Alby JS SDK (getAlby/js-sdk#298) and Alby Hub (getAlby/hub#1016) and Alby Go (getAlby/go#272)
