References in Section Pages not Counted

Tag references contained in parts of Sections that are not contained in any theorem-like-environment are not counted on the referenced tag. For example, in the blurb after 0G08 on the page 0G07, there are many references to results in previous chapters. Following any of those links and looking at their statistics does not indicate any reference to that 0G07; for example, 0FZ8 is referenced in the blurb, but its statistics page is currently empty.

I guess here's a question for @aisejohan : should references to tags not properly contained in a theorem-like-environment be gathered in statistics of that tag? One possible reason for "no" might be that informal discussion occasionally occurs between results, in which reference to tags might occur, and perhaps that should not "count". But maybe it's good to point a reader to that anyway, as it could give context, etc?
