This PR adds support for symfony ^7.0 dependencies in parallel to ^6.0
In addition this PR also upgrades the composer.lock dependencies, migrates the phpunit configuration to the latest standard and removes the deprecated
checkGenericClassInNonGenericObjectTypeparameter from the phpstan configuration
