v0.0.1 - First complete draft of the manuscript main text

This is a pre-release of the book chapter on the cultural models of ANGER in Indonesian. One of the important notes for this pre-release is the first complete draft of the main text of the manuscript (written in R markdown), except the abstract and the glossing of the sentential examples. The manuscript at this stage has not been peer-reviewed and amounts to over 25K words. In the next release, I plan to reduce the number of words. Therefore, this pre-release provides records not only for the long main manuscript but also other files, such as the raw data files containing the annotation on the metaphors, metaphorical expressions, metaphorical mappings, and more.
