Watermark Issue

I was successfully hiding the watermark by configuring the SHOW_JITSI_WATERMARK: false and SHOW_WATERMARK_FOR_GUESTS: false in the interfaceConfig attribute. However, the watermark shows again these days without any configuration changed.

Wondering if anyone can advise the next step.

It's done by Jitsi on their "meet" back end. With the recent update, you can't hide watermark and "closing promotional page" via config.
To do these you need to use your own instance of Jitsi. You can't do this while using "meet,jitsi.net"

Or you can whitelist these features to allow your API to access them.
