Enhancement Request

Similar to the Fortify GitHub Action, add support for running a Debricked scan and publishing results to SSC to the ci action in the fcli ssc action module.

To be decided: Do we use the same env var names as GitHub Action, like DO_DEBRICKED_SCAN, or more generic name like DO_SCA_SCAN?
