On line 92 of the holdings_ext derived table query for metadb in tagged release v1.8.0-20241031174257, 'discovery_suppress' is misspelled in the COMMENT ON COLUMN section as follows:

COMMENT ON COLUMN holdings_ext.discovery_supress

This prevents the table from getting created.
