coupons problems

when the user apply:
** fixed value coupon
** or, category coupon
and when the user balance in less than the price of the course, , the coupon value will be applied and added to his balance directly even he is not enrolled in the course, so, the users can just applied coupon to charge there balance each time without enrollment.

if his balance is bigger than the course price, and when he apply the coupon value (fixed value or category coupon), he will be enrolled the the course directly without any conformation

hope the coupon will work only to reduce the course price (like pourcentage discount coupon) ... , after the reduction applied, the user confirme his purchase what ever his balance.

other problem with the type of: pourcentage discount coupon, the problem is that the Coupons usage history not work with this type, so we can not track who apply the coupon .... and the [Usage] history number is always zero, so, it can be used many times by different users even we set Maximum usage limitation in coupon setting (because the plugin don't track the usage history of this type of coupon)
