.ncs to .mda file conversion

We use Neuralynx in our lab, so all of our raw data files are in .ncs format. Do you have any functions that can convert .ncs to .mda file formats? I saw some functions in depreciated versions of the software but was not clear if I should use those.

No direct converters from .ncs -> .mda (that I know of). But if you can read in your data using Matlab, you can use the mda utilities for Matlab to write .mda files (https://github.com/flatironinstitute/mountainlab-js/tree/master/utilities/matlab/mdaio)
