add help command to summarize all ability of bash-dev-env
- get inspired by 'help' command output

ability to launch commands listed in a file

could be then used in bash-dev-env project to launch a command
ability to search commands
commands with labels
eg: top, htop, vtop

display help of the commands (short/long/full)
