First release of KU Polling Application. Features included in this release:

• local user accounts with login, logout, and account creation
• multi-choice poll questions, that can be created using data import or the administrator interface
• graphical results page

Features not implemented

• users cannot create polls via the web interface
• user cannot delete his own vote
• no 3rd party authentication such as OAuth or PassKeys
