No PreprocessHologram function from Python package Fringe

Hi Farhad,

In the sample implementation in the Jupyter notebook, you import the function PreprocessHologram, which does not exist in the Fringe python package (or at least in the latest version). I'm assuming that it's a combination of the functions Normalize, MakeComplex, and Map from modifiers.py. May you give some clarification about this? I'm also hoping that it gets corrected in the example provided in the Jupyter notebook.
