Crate created with the purpose of having a IPSP (Internet Protocol Support Profile) manager for Bluetooth 6LowPAN connections.
This simple manager scan the BLE devices (filtered by name if you want) and tries to connect the devices. Once it's connected the BLE device gets and Ipv6 address.
