i don't have a vote here but i am a big fan of their work (dCBOR, for example, pretty neat!) and wish CASA had as rigorous an editorial process! a lot of the same people that handle the BC editorial process also work on the older editorial process for the annals of the Rebooting the Web of Trust conferences, which were publishing lightpapers coauthored by vitalik in 2015 😄

(full disclosure: i've published some stuff through the RWOT editorial process myself, and found it fairly rigorous?)
