The first major release.

The major features of this release include:

1- User monitoring and user management. You can see network usage of each client, in addition to adding and removing users.
2- Limiting (global) the number of (simultaneous) connections that each user can make
3- Denying access to local and private networks
4- Copying server's version string from another location. For example you can automatically copy the version string from gitlab.com:22 or gitea.com:22
