Describe the bug
Layout feature doesn't work if Smart-layout option is switched on (Layout with Haworth projection)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings -> Server -> Smart-layout and make sure it is switched on
  2. Paste from clipboard following sequence: C1C=CC=C2C3C=CC=C(CCCCCCC=12)C=3
  3. Press Layout button

Actual behavior
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Layout works with keeping Haworth projection in place
