Environment details (please complete the following information):

Describe the bug
System lost "Ring bond count" if value greater that 4

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open from file: Ring bond count.zip
  2. Save it to RXN V2000 file format
  3. Clear canvas
  4. Load from RXN V2000 file format

Actual behavior
System losts some "Ring bond count" feature values

Expected behavior
System doesn't lost "Ring bond count" feature values
