Request: Ignore revoked email addresses #36
Comments
Thanks, duplicate issue #34 |
Fixed. |
Hi, thanks for your answer. Is this fix live on https://encrypt.to? Because the bug isn’t solved there. As an example you could visit my public key. In the To part of the form, you can see 5 email addresses. But if you take a look at the key on the keyserver, you’ll see, that 3 of those 5 email addresses have been revoked. That’s the bug I meant a few weeks earlier. If it’s not clear what I mean, please don’t hesitate to ask. |
Hi, we parse this machine readable page for your keys: http://pgpkey.org/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x7694eb9b&fingerprint=on&options=mr and there is no "r" indicator at the end for revoked emails. For example here you can see the "r" indicator: http://pgpkey.org/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=schneier&fingerprint=on&options=mr - we should ask the sks development list https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/sks-devel |
Could this be because of the 32 bit key id? Try with your long keyid. |
It's possible to add multiple email addresses to a single key. encrypt.to already supports that, by showing a nice HTML dropbox, in which an email address can be selected. But encrypt.to will also show email addresses, that have been revoked from the selected public key.
