Move form content from the library website

Five PDFs are linked on the homepage, but the links go to the library website. Those PDFs should be served from the ETD application.

The files used to live at http://web.library.emory.edu/etd-static/.... I just copied the entire folder over to the SCO site; they now all live at http://sco.library.emory.edu/etd-static/.... Note that there are a number of files in that folder, not just the submission forms you mentioned (there are some images and what not). It might make sense to see if there are other things in the app that link to http://web.library.emory.edu

In addition, the schedule of classes link on the homepage of the ETD app links to a page that no longer exists. You might want to reach out to SCO and see where the link should go.

@rotated8 once you have a list of all the files and pages in the app pointing to the old site, can you let me know.

@rosy1280 git grep web.library in Laeviagata only found the five forms. Further, git grep library.emory.edu produced many results, including many to sco.library.emory.edu but still only the same five to web.library.emory.edu.

The schedule of classes link was fixed back in March (curationexperts/laevigata#1996), but DCE hasn't deployed since then.

Rather than serving these PDFs from the application, the links have been updated to use SCO's website, rather than the libraries website (curationexperts/laevigata#2023). This change and the one mentioned above have been deployed to qa-etd for testing.
