• For performances, ask (again) for a SoundCloud/YouTube link underneath the "additional info" box (Ask for examples of music/video for performances in CFP #1125)
  • Is there a better place that this should be provided? In the description?
• Make the cfp-slot-moved and cfp-slot-scheduled emails use the {{ event_year }} rather than hardcoding 2022 (Line up links in the slot scheduled email shouldn't have a hardcoded year #1175)
• Strengthen the wording in the cfp-slot-scheduled email around not having a Q&A at the end of your talk (Make it MUCH clearer that we do not permit Q&A except in exceptional circumstances #1256 / Make the presumption against Q&A clear during acceptance/finalisation #827)
