Update docs to cover new model result submission

• clarify steps to submit results. Remove old instructions.

It could be a great addition to include a script in the results repository that generates results with the correct settings, such as having CodeCarbon activated, as @Samoed suggested.

Additionally, it would be especially beneficial to support the utilization of multiple GPUs.
