Wasn't sure about what 1.2a meant. It could be read in two ways: that ranges of patterns were fixed, or that fixed ranges for patterns are introduced. Nevertheless the German translation would be kinda strange. To be honest I don't really see the need of localizing the changelogs.
It might also be enough to link to the actual Changelog file on GitHub instead of listing the changes there.
