add missing plugins from repo

This list has all the missing packages found in the elizaos-plugins org.

There are a few entries that are very similar and might be worth double-checking to ensure they are not intended to be the same:

1. @elizaos-plugins/plugin-solana-agent-kit and @elizaos-plugins/plugin-solana-agentkit:

   • These two entries have very similar names and might be intended to refer to the same plugin. The only difference is the hyphen in agent-kit vs. agentkit.

2. @elizaos-plugins/plugin-lensNetwork and @elizaos-plugins/plugin-lens-network:

   • These two entries also have very similar names, with the only difference being the capitalization and hyphen in lensNetwork vs. lens-network.

3. @elizaos-plugins/plugin-tee-log and @elizaos-plugins/plugin-tee-verifiable-log:
