Time zone information in profile doesn't follow the global time formatting setting #29233

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log onto a server that supports MSC4133
  2. Turn on the "Publish timezone on public profile" in Element Desktop/Web
  3. Observe your own profile

Outcome

What did you expect?

Considering "Show timestamps in 12 hour format (e.g. 2:30pm)" is turned off in my settings, I was expecting my current time to show in the 24h format.

What happened instead?

The time is shown in the 12h format:
