What would you like to do?

I'd like to have an alternative place to download the official element-web container image than from dockerhub.

Why would you like to do it?

1. Its very easy to trip the 10 pulls/hour ratelimit from dockerhub
2. When dockerhub is slow or down, its good to have an alternative

How would you like to achieve it?

Publish to github container registry, like synapse does.

Have you considered any alternatives?

An example compose file that doesn't use dockerhub could be an alternative
