Describe the feature:

When creating a rule with the UI, it would be handy to be able to add tags that we already used in other rules. This makes sure that users don't accidentally duplicate tags.

Currently, we allow the possibility of adding tags, but we don't suggest already used tags. Screenshot from serverless on 8th April 2025:

As a user I would like to minimize the number of tags
