What do you think of a sandbox for docs-builder similar to https://mystmd.org/sandbox?

I would love to see this. We could also add templates for folks. So if someone wants to write a tutorial, they can come to our sandbox page, select the Elastic tutorial template, and write the template with a live demo of what the output would look like.

I love this idea. I would be happy with a sandbox. As someone who uses VSCode I would love to see this as an extension in VSCode so I can have template files and a Markdown previewer that shows what the page would really look like. Just throwing out my 2 cents
