Adding modes

In HA I have used studio code editor to add some oven modes and change the captioned text for the program labels. This appears happy in the code but the home connect service doesnt appear to pick up on the changes. I have deleted devices and reconnected but I wondered if there was anything else I needed to do to get it to pick up the adjustments:

Specifically added bread-baking and changed"Hot Air" to "CircoTherm". I only did these 2 as a test, If I can get this to work I will be adding/changing a lot more.
