Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Theia Cloud is only built for the amd64 architecture and not for arm64. In fact, the arm64 architecture also needs Theia Cloud.
Describe the solution you'd like
When pushing the public image to Docker Hub, in addition to the amd64 architecture, please also publish the version for the arm64 architecture.
Describe alternatives you've considered
If it takes a long time to publish the arm64 version, how can I build it by myself?
