[22748] Fix python warning in shm CLI tool

Description

Recent versions of python issue a warning for invalid escape sequence if \ is used as escape sequences without declaring the regex as raw. This warning appears after using the Fast DDS CLI, even if the shm command is not used.
This PR fixes the warning, which appeared after:

• [21861] Enable Datasharing segments clean from CLI  #5549
