Latest component documentation

Changes

padding updated from padding: 40px; to padding: 32px 48px;
subtitleFontColor and linkFontColor updated to color-grey-800 (#4d4d4d)
Added selectedLinkFontWeight (font-weight: 600;) token
Updated spacing properties

There's a PR open for 3.11.0 , any change or fix can be suggested there.
